I rarely leave reviews, but this place was nice! I booked for the low cost and proximity to the Anaheim convention center, and assumed it would be a little run down (given the low price compared to other hotels). I was pleasantly surprised though, as the room was clean and everything worked as it should. When my flight got canceled, the staff was friendly and helped me rebook the same room for additional nights. To be fair, this is not a luxury hotel: fixtures and appliances are clearly used with cosmetic wear, the room smelled a bit musty upon arrival (until the air was turned on and circulating), outlet plugs are a little loose, no daily housekeeping, and you will occasionally faintly hear other guests in above or surrounding rooms (mostly when dragging the plastic desk chair around: who chose such a loud chair for a hotel??). And it should be noted the surrounding area is not very walkable at all (though this is not a fault of the hotel). But these were inconsequential issues overall, and I was very happy with my stay! The courtyard is quite pretty as well. Probably the nicest “budget” motel I’ve ever stayed at!

The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Staff was lovely. Amenities is disappointing. No gym inside, no actual water front access and almost impossible to walk anywhere. Rent a bike? You’ll be on a major street and not the water side. Beach toy with no sand. Room service staff and front desk were amazing. So was our driver.

Lovely stay. Would recommend.
